Yeast(candida albicans) Problems
by admin · Filed Under: health
I would like to address a wide spread problem that most of us have, it is called (Candida Albicans)or yeast overgrowth. The body is designed to accommodate friendly bacteria which is normally grow in the intestinal tract. When a baby is born it has in its intestinal tract about 75% Lacto bacillus acidophilus and about 25% E.coli bacteria (which is the non friendly bacteria). If the balance of the friendly and unfriendly bacteria gets out of correct proportion then the person will experience numerous symptomatic problems. The friendly bacteria actually assist the body to diget food and keep under control the foreign bacteria which would attack the body and cause sickness. Some of the common signs of yeast overgrowth are: (mood swings, depression, headaches, lethargy, gastritis, bloating, rashes, itching, acne, psoriasis, joint problems, kidney and bladder infections, PMS, asthma, colic, hives, allergies and numerous more.)I could go on and on but I think you get the point. Many diseases are yeast related. In order to rid the body of yeast one must stop feeding the yeast, and stop the activities that inhibit the body from balancing its natural flora. The majority of yeast problems begin with drugs that kill bacteria in the body-both friendly and unfriendly. All antibiotics, cortisone type, oral contraceptives and chemo.drugs are destructive to the body’s natural flora.
After one has begun to eliminate the cause of the problem, he or she must begin to build the body by replacing the friendly flora. Begin with a good brand of probiotic and take a sufficient amount between meals to begin the restoration process. Second , take a product that will kill the unfriendly bacteria. This can be an herbal product, an enzyme, or some form of homeopathic remedy. Choose the product you will use and get advice from a natural health practitioner, then take the product each day, without fail or the program will not work!
Finally, be sure to eat the proper foods, ones that will not work against the rebuilding process. DO NOT use processed foods such as lunch meats, canned goods, anything containing flour, sugar, anythting fermented like vinegar , mushrooms, dried or smoked foods.
Your diet should consist mainly of fresh vegetables and meat that is grass fed. Fruit is not adviced in the beginining, except berries and green apples. Excpect it to take anywhere from 1 month to 1 year to get rid of the yeast, depending on your state of health and how strictly you stick to the diet. You will notice huge changes in the way you feel and think when the yeast starts to go away! Unfortunatly it is possible for some adverse side affects when the yeast starts to die off, just remember these are temporary and you will be much healtheir after it passes. So in closing if you are sick and tired of being sick and tired this very well could be the cause.
